RICE STARCH

INCI: Oryza Sativa Starch

Rice starch is a natural polymeric carbohydrate. It is the main component of rice and is composed of amylose and amylopectin. When isolated from the other components, it appears as a white powder.

It's used as a natural alternative to talc. It leaves skin feeling very soft and pleasant, and absorbs excess oil for a matte finish. It helps set makeup, making it last longer.
